Canon FS200 a great video camera. It is not HD, but the image quality is excellent. The colors are great, and the images are very sharp. I have worked in video production for the last 8 years and I can tell you that I have always been rather disappointed the quality of most consumer cameras. Canon FS200, however, far exceeded my expectations. This is by far the best camera you can get in this price range. The only draw back I have found is that it does not make it better in low light, This is true for every consumer camera in and beyond this price range. I would recommend this camera to anyone who are looking for high quality visuals but do not want to venture into the world of HD.

DVD: DVD is growing in popularity, and invokes a greater share of the market, since it was introduced in mid 2001. The main advantage of DVD camcorders is convenience. Record your footage on the disc, remove it and play it on your DVD player without cables or connectors.

DVD camcorders use 8 cm discs in a variety of recordable formats. DVD-R is a single using the disc compatible with all DVD players and used by all camera manufacturers. DVD-RAM is a rewritable disc, which offers in-camera editing and supported by Hitachi and Panasonic. DVD-/ + RW is a second rewriteable format and is supported by Sony.

Samsung DX-103 help ... transferring video from camera to computer?

Hello everyone, I just bought a Samsung DVD camcorder. I took the video completed my disk, and then insert it into my CD-ROM. How do I get the video from the mini-disc into my computer to be stored on my computer that I can download it later to You Tube? My computer keeps saying there is no disk in the computer, but there is. I have downloaded these applications as handbrake and DVD Ripper, but I have had no luck. Can someone help me? And when I bring it in with a USB cable it only works as a webcam. I do not know how to transfer it via USB

Final Cut 6 will not recognize my JVC camcorder, even though iMovie will. Should I change anything? HELP?

I have a new iMac with Final Cut Pro 6 I have a JVC 30 GB internal hard drive camcorder, and I can not seem to get them to connect. Can I convert my VHS JVC camcorder tape to a DVD using my computer?

You can convert the VHS (or other analog sources) to DVD using a computer. There are several ways to do this. Firstly, to get a capture card for analog sources and record on your hard drive. Of course you must have a basic video editor program (to cut the gap between tape sections or edit content) and a program that can also burn a DVD. please help me make stop motion videos with camcorders?

I have a Sony handy cam, and I ask myself that I can do stop-motion animation with it or not.
