Help! Questions about ancient cameras vs digital camcorder?
We have a video camera, which we've used for about 9 years or so. We only use it to tape Vacations & Holidays. The bands on the small cartridges & then you can tape them to either VHS tape or you can get then put on DVD. I want to get a small digital video camera, such as this, which will be on sale at Target: http://www.polaroid.com/product/0/266896/DVF-130/_/DVF-130% 3A_USB_Camcorder Here is my question: I assume that these small digital cameras use the same kind of small memory chips that digital cameras use, and so then how do I get the movie on a DVD or VHS? And the quality will be comparable with the old dinosaur video camera I use now? (I am not a "technical" person so plain English please!) Thanks for all your help
