DV camcorders with manual override?
Is there a digital camcorder on the market that have manual control? For manual operation, I think you are able to to adjust aperture, speed, color / white balance to suit your own preferences.
I have a canon GL2. It has manual aperture, shutter speed, white balance, focus, sound, and much more. It cost me $ 1,500 on eBay. If it is out of your price range, do not worry. Any prosumer cam you will have manual features, although cams from Panasonic's PV-GS series is a good choice as well. PV-GS500 and 300 are both under $ 1000, but if you manage to come across a PV-gs400 on eBay, get it since it offers more features than the GS500 and 300 Hope this helps!
