There is the best camcorder for under 250.00?
I have been looking on ebay / amazon & am totally confused! - Different media - Hi8/Mini-dv & Memory & Chargers & Batteries that clip on to the camera! Joystick - Whats that? JVC is the only I see w / remote control and digital single web shots to cover up to 8hr timeframe w / so many shots of minutes - I like that idea. The other Sony / Samsung / Panasonic / Canon - all have model numbers that go into hundreds of individual models - what does all the letters & numbers mean! Is there a glossery for all that stuff! I have not found it yet! Any help would be appreciated! In advance thanks!

Mythic Samsung SGH-A897 (AT & T) preview
The Mythic is slim and weighs about 3.8 ounces of 4.49in long and 0.5in thick and 2.06in wide. Viewing Mythic is 3.3in which supports 262K colors and has a resolution of 360 x 640 pixels. Colors are vivid and vibrant with sharp graphics. Touch Wiz interface from Samsung is also available which helps to customize up to 33 shortcuts, or widgets. There are 3 home screens that can be tossed by filching fingers on the screen horizontally. Home screen can be adjusted by dragging and dropping the widgets from the interface tray to access certain functions quickly.
Shortcuts to the main menu, phonebook, telephone dialer is present at the foot of each home screen. All these links are present even in the main menu with a slight change to the main menu is replaced by the new text message shortcut. Menu pages are more of Mythic where navigation is easy as on the home screen. As I told you, the menu pages can be adjusted by pulling or remove icons from it. Although some apps icons can not be removed like music player or web browser, but some others such as cameras, the alarm can be removed, which does not imply that these will be removed permanently from the phone.
The digits are big on the numeric keypad on the phone dialer and you have an easy to send a message or save the number directly from the dialer. For the messages you have many options here like virtual QWERTY keyboard, T9 alphanumeric keypad entry or handwriting recognition. When you want QWERTY keyboard so that only a small rotation of the mobile to landscape mode is enough. The keys are large, spacious and easy to use with the basic punctuation on the virtual keyboard. Main broadly Mythic is AT & T Mobile TV, where you can watch TV on your phone through a network called Qualcomm's MediaFLO. You can also load your own songs to the phone via a microSD card. Mythic running with HTML browser based on Opera Mobile. Welcome screens are three in number, where two of them are too popular and local web links. Internet bookmarks into a visual tile range where adaptation can be done by logging in to AT & T account and send links via 'Send to mobile " option. To switch between stationary and mobile versions of Web pages can be done, and even web pages can be zoomed in and zoomed out wherever it is needed. Some of the apps as included in here is the Yellow Pages Mobile My-Cast weather MobiVJ, Wiki Mobile MusicID 2, Juice Caster, Mobile Banking and where. Landing to the performance of the phone call quality is good and just a small distortion was at the rear. Even calls via speakerphone was decent even, but with some echoes. There are mono speaker, which produces small and aircraft sounds. Via headset, sound quality seems to be normal. 3G performance is very gratifying for Mythic. Downloading and buffering time is very quick. The quality of the video was not so very impressive but the response was curt. The channels change very quickly without loading time. Although the colors so mist sometimes the image quality was sharp. Battery life has been assessed up to 3 hours and 10.5 days of backup time.
