I bought a Samsung 173 MiniDVD DC this weekend and I want to go back to a MiniDV.?

Does anyone have Panasonic PV GS85? I will return for Samsung to Circuit City and will be charged a restocking fee need to buy it there. I had almost bought this one before I settled on a MiniDVD, but I keep having problems with burning, I want a more mild burning ... I mean, to put in my computer, using simple software and then burn it to a DVD if I want too. MiniDV will be the format for me or should I keep it out of this current camera I own? I can not give what is on the disks On the computer where I can do something for them, edit them and then burn. I can see miniDVD on standard DVD and the computer itself, which is nice, but I can not burn miniDVD to a second DVD. I really want the info on the disk in your computer, so I can do this.

Go with MiniDV. I work with MiniDV everyday life, because it is actually better clarity and also with the tape vs. disk you get half an hour more on Standard Play. Sure theres the luxury of seeing disks when they are finished, but if you think about it, you see things that can be easily edited with a DV camera. It can be a pain in the butt at first, but it's fun, and when finished with editing, you can see the whole movie in one without having to worry about fast forwarding or skipping some useless stuff. I'm a video camera having 1920 x 1080 resolution with 5 megapixel video. If it was 1920 x 1080 pixel resolution would not that mean it is 2,073,600 megapixels?
