Which HD Flip video camera should I buy?
Recently I have been looking into buying an HD camera to shoot videos with my friends. I saw that "Ultra HD Flip" camcorder was on sale for 179.99 at shopko and was considering buying it. I then looked into it and found that they have a newer, which is "Flip Mino HD" camcorder. What is the difference between the two? Miño is newer and is going to like 220.00. The reason I ask is because this is only a temporay camera. Finally, I would like to have Canon HF20, but right now it is very expensive. So what's the difference between the two Flip cameras and which should I get?

Canon Vixia HF S100 Camcorder Review
My video camera was outdated, so I finally decided to check out what I had heard so much about. I looked on the Internet and did some other research institutions to ensure that I had found the best. The experience dictates that it is always best to arm your self with information before you hear a sales pitch in the shop. The review, which I found on the VIXIA HF S100 was very helpful. But the cynic that I am, I might see myself.
Of course I was blown away by the quality of the Canon Vixia HF S100. I try other camcorders, but it is far superior to them all. The things I liked most is that it is a very strong camcorder has sophisticated features and can also be used as a camera. Now I do not carry a camera and a camcorder with me. I have everything I need in one piece of equipment.
Video camera takes very crisp film in HD can be recorded directly onto a SDHC card. This feature makes video camera is very versatile and easy to use. All functions can be controlled via the LCD menu. What's even better is that you may be technologically challenged and still take movies like a pro. There are many automatic settings so you can take great movie without having any prior experience working a video camera.
The VIXIA HF S100 review as I read, but positive, did not video camera justice. The camcorder has a 10x optical zoom with a stabilizer for clear sharp images. A bonus for me is that there are several excellent cinematography settings so you can take professional-quality movies. In addition, video camera takes perfect pictures with brilliant colors using Canon 8.59 Megapixel CMOS image sensor with the latest image processor available.
The camera packs all the latest features in a compact and lightweight camcorder. If you have used bulky video cameras in the past, you will love the ease with which you can take movies with this Canon camera. Because it combines movies and photos, you only need to bring this versatile camera when you go.
The drawbacks for me was the recording time. A call to customer service resolved this issue fairly quickly. I explained to them that I was using 2 GB memory short and was limited to 45 minutes of record time. The call center explained that I could use a 32GB memory card and get up to 12 hours of record time. There is also a 4GB and an 8 GB memory card. Another con is the lack of a viewer. You have to use flip-out screen. This seems to be a minor problem compared to the benefits of the camera.
With all the great features in VIXIA HF S100 Camcorder is definitely one of the top choices. It offers a wide range of highly advanced features make it to a state-of-the-art video and camera. All functions are easy to use with the high quality LCD menu. Best of all you can record movies right onto a SDHC card for easy transfer to your computer. This camcorder has exceeded my expectations.
